Technical Meeting, Portorož, Slovenia, July 11–12, 2016

In July 2016 the BAEKTEL Technical Meeting was held in Portorož, Slovenia, gathering representatives of the University of Kragujevac and University of Ljubljana - Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport.

At the beginning of the meeting the University of Kragujevac presented current state regarding OER and activities within WP4. Also, overview of created OER and proposed Baektel platform was done. Internal and external OER evaluation and improving Baektel network was presented. Representatives of UNIKG discussed with representatives of University of Ljubljana about potential activities further improvement of platform. During the first day Inter project coaching with Modernizing and harmonizing maritime education in Montenegro and Albania – MarED was realized.

During the second day (July 12) representatives from both universities discussed of possibilities for including new OER at existing platform, new participants in external evaluation of existing OER and new techniques and approaches for promoting OER. Participants form both universities had a workshop on Developing and publishing OER at Baektel platform. At the end of the meeting participants agreed about future cooperation.
